How to make Hara Bhara Kabab in Air Fryer


Hara Bhara Kabab, as the name, suggests that they made of green vegetables. It is a portion of tasty and healthy food. I used green spinach, green beans, some green vegetables to make this Hara Bhara Kabob.



This is a famous starter or appetizer in Indian restaurants. In the restaurant usually, Kababs are deep fry but when you make them at home in the air fryer, it is not only less oily but also more healthy because you use all fresh ingredients. Hara Bhara kabab is a very healthy snack for kids.

Ingredients

  • one cup Spinach and green vegetables
  • bread crumbs
  • corn starch 
  • cashews
  • cilantro
  • One tablespoon Chat masala
  • half tablespoon garam masala
  • half tablespoon jeera or cumin powder
  • half tablespoon aamchur powder
  • half tablespoon chilly flakes
  • salt according to your taste
Instructions

     1. Boil the spinach and vegetable for five minutes. I used green beans, carrots, cauliflower.

     2. Once the vegetable cools down, you can grind them or finely chop them.

     3. Put a pan on the stove and a tablespoon of oil, when oil gets heated add half a spoon of jeera or cumin seeds. When jeera gets little brown, add chopped vegetables and saute them until the water in the vegetables gets reduce almost dry consistency. 

    4. Once vegetables cool, down add all the dry ingredients and make small patties, you can put half cashew on top to make it look more attractive.

     5. Preheat Air fryer at 370  and place patties for 10 minutes, you need to flip them after 5 minutes to cook it well on both sides.

  Ingredients Urad dal Fennel seeds Asofaitea  Salt according to taste Ajwain/carom Seeds oil chili flakes Instruction  Soak one cup of Urad dal for 7-8 hours. Grind Urad dal lightly Add one cup of wheat flour, one spoon of oil, one spoon of fennel seeds, one spoon of carom seeds, one tsp of Asofaitea and salt according to your taste, one spoon of chili flakes. Now make a dough. Put a pan on medium heat add some oil to fry the puri. Roll small puri and fry them till they become golden brown.     

Black pepper tea

  Black Pepper Tea is very famous among Indian people. It has medicinal value that helps to avoid seasonal cold & cough and also very light than milk Tea. Black paper tea also boosts immunity and leads a healthy life. Ingredients  Water one cup Honey one tsp, Black pepper 3-4 seeds Instructions  Put a pan on medium heat, add a cup of water. When water gets to boiling warm, add 1/2 tsp tea leaf. Any regular tea is fine, I used Red Label Tea. lightly ground 3-4 black pepper and add it to tea. Boil on a high flame for 1or 2 minutes and done. It's ready to drink. Use a strainer and transfer in a cup and add a little honey or sugar as per your taste.  TIP - If you have never had this kind of tea before, just start lightly. Use a small amount of tea and black pepper and enjoy. Once you are familiar with the taste, these quantities may be increased to match your taste.  Try It...
