What are Sprouts?

 Instructions 

1. Take Moong dal and Chana Dal seeds and wash them nicely at least two or three times to make sure all the dirt is out.


2. Soak them in the water and leave it for 8-10 hours or soak them overnight.

3. The next day you will notice the Moong dal and the Chana dal is little swell.

  1. Take out the excess water and keep the beans in to strainer and cover them with a damp cloth, then leave it at a little dark area and let it stay there for at least 3 to 4 days. Give them a little water to keep it moist.


5. After three days, you will notice they are all germinated and at least they will be 1 inch long.

Grind Urad dal lightly Add one cup of wheat flour, one spoon of oil, one spoon of fennel seeds, one spoon of carom seeds, one tsp of Asofaitea and salt according to your taste, one spoon of chili flakes. Now make a dough. Put a pan on medium heat add some oil to fry the puri. Roll small puri and fry them till they become golden brown.
