I made delicious paneer last night, and I kept the leftovers in my refrigerator. The next day, it was a little cold & dry, so I wanted to reheat it to the same creamy soft texture as it was yesterday. So now here I will share my idea with you. Take your leftover Paneer and put it in a microwave-safe bowl and take another small bowl and put some water in that. Then place both of the bowls in the microwave and cover it with a microwave-safe lid and warm it for 1 minute. Reheat paneer like this. Now you will notice paneer is soft again. Water helps to maintain moisture in food. In the same way, you can reheat pasta and rice. Enjoy!
